! You're so close! Congratulations on making it this far! We wanted to give you one last exercise that you can do anytime throughout the day to maintain good posture. This one's called the Upper Back Flex:
Even after the 21-Day Posture Challenge is over, this exercise should be done at least a couple times a day, every day, to keep that upper-back posture strong.
