Day 7 lesson: Set up your desk for proper posture and ergonomics

That was a lot of information, but you don't have to make all of the changes to your desk at one time. Try adjusting your monitor height first; proper monitor height can really help your neck and back. Then, over time, try the other modifications to your workspace. These are recommendations direct from OSHA, and they really work. Your posture will thank you!
