21-Day Posture Challenge for Better Posture

Congratulations and welcome to the 21-Day Posture Challenge! You're about to change your posture forever and we salute you for joining us! Today, to ease you into the challenge, we've got a very simple video exercise that will help you to combat forward-head posture while you're working at a desk. We're also going to quickly cover some of the health risks of poor posture, along with some impressive benefits of good posture.

Day 1 Exercise: The neck-retraction exercise:

 This exercise is simple, but once you try it, you'll realize how much it's doing for your neck. We recommend doing a few sets at least three times a day.
