For women who wear a dress size 12 and under, and whose biceps are less than 12" in circumference, and men who wear a medium t-shirt size or smaller, try the PostureNOW Regular Size. For our customers with biceps larger than 12" in circumference, please select the PostureNOW XLarge Size, which fits great for women who wear a dress size 12 or over and men who wear shirt size L or larger.
